What you will do

  • Act as a technical and design advisor for enterprise customers to drive platform adoption.
  • Translate complex business requirements into high-quality UI/UX styling and frontend configurations.
  • Design and support implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and React.
  • Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product designers, frontend engineers, and customer success teams to influence usability.
  • Provide expert guidance on component-based architectures, theming, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, or technical SaaS consulting.
  • Business-fluent German and English communication skills.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern React ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility and component-based design systems.
  • Experience with API-driven architectures and JSON data structures.

Nice to have

  • Background in Visual Communication or Interaction Design.
  • Experience in professional services environments working with Sales and System Integrators.
  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
