What you will do

  • Monitor sales order fulfillment and troubleshoot operational issues including reschedules, scheduling errors, duplicate orders, and delivery failures.
  • Identify root causes and collaborate cross-functionally to develop proactive solutions preventing fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment across end-to-end systems and optimize 3PL network volume transitions and coverage.
  • Support KPI and SLA definition and design reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with 3PL managers and internal teams to meet SLAs and improve process flows.
  • Manage backlog of delayed orders impacting demand and capacity planning, and document standards for handling aged orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics or related field.
  • 2+ years professional experience in supply chain or similar technical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with supply chain systems such as Salesforce and Netsuite.
  • Experience with SQL and Looker is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York City headquarters (hybrid work format).
