What you will do

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow and AI Ops development within the Secure Platforms team.
  • Increase and develop AI Ops capabilities, designing and building applications based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Modify existing code or develop new modules, providing estimates and updates.
  • Collaborate with other teams, onboard new contracts, and ensure prompt incident resolution.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks within applications.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow experience and certification.
  • AI Ops development experience.
  • Software Engineering experience.
  • Ability to deliver solutions aligned to quality, time, cost, and agreed standards.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving capability in complex technical environments.
  • Experience engaging with internal customers and third-party suppliers.
  • Eligibility for security clearance.
