What you will do

  • Map company structures and identify key contacts for outreach
  • Conduct prospecting calls and emails to drive demo bookings
  • Learn and apply objection-handling, mirroring, and labeling techniques via role-play
  • Maintain and organize data within the CRM database
  • Shadow Account Executives to gain insights into real sales conversations
  • Schedule and hand off demo-ready leads to the sales team

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student
  • Degree specialization in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, confident, and resilient attitude
  • Ability to work onsite in Cape Town for the duration of the internship
  • Basic computer literacy and organizational skills
