What you will do

  • Manage high-level relationships with Marketing and Media departments of assigned clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Lead the definition of innovative communication strategies, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge agency tools and technologies.
  • Drive the integration and strategic application of Digital Media, Tech, and Martech solutions into client strategies, ensuring a full-funnel approach and fostering digital transformation.
  • Manage strategically the budget of assigned brands, identifying and meeting unmet client needs.
  • Coordinate daily interactions with internal agency functions and leveraging the WPP network's diverse capabilities for maximum client impact.
  • Conduct advanced competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations and position clients for market differentiation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic media leadership or client management within the media industry, preferably with a focus on Entertainment clients.
  • Degree or equivalent cultural background.
  • Fluent English is Mandatory (C1).
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning and a deep understanding of the evolving digital, tech, and martech landscape.
  • Exceptional client advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive value for clients and the agency.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a strategic role or a strong strategic component within past position will be considered as a plus.
