TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise-level hospitality clients with an accent on driving product adoption and NRR. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Montreal, Canada for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive product adoption and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for an assigned book of business.
  • Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and success plans.
  • Identify and guide customers through upgrade paths and new product integrations.
  • Monitor customer health data to develop and execute proactive retention strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product innovation and gap resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or similar sales roles.
  • Fluency in English is required due to international client communication.
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executives.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Montreal for hybrid office attendance.
