What you will do

  • Develop customer, prospect, and market understanding to generate actionable insights that influence value and decision‑making.
  • Utilize segmentation, visualization tools, and analytical techniques to uncover opportunities within the customer base.
  • Lead analysis projects across sales and marketing, applying a range of analytical tools and emerging techniques.
  • Deliver end‑to-end customer insight, from scoping requirements to analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliant and secure data handling in line with internal policies, GDPR, and data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager and wider teams to continuously enhance analytical capability.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering robust analysis and insight that informs decision‑making.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of analytical processes, modeling approaches, and their application to performance.
  • Experience with SQL, Dataiku, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • A collaborative mindset, working constructively with colleagues across functions.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a numerate or analytical discipline (desirable, not essential).
