What you will do

  • Perform PC speaker tuning using specialized tools for integrated technologies.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to manage customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Install licensed audio software and perform detailed log collection for performance analysis.
  • Identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot audio processing anomalies within PC systems.
  • Maintain close relationships with OEM/ODM customer teams to gather industrial intelligence.
  • Develop and execute action plans to resolve technical issues through cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional technical experience.
  • Proven background in PC speaker tuning or related audio domains.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English for cross-border communication.
  • Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented approach to complex problem solving.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Work experience in PC OEM/ODM companies with acoustic or audio components.
  • Working knowledge of audio product applications and design.
  • Experience with IC-based or firmware-based audio processing.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft WHQL certification process.
