What you will do

  • Lead and develop Systems & Enablement Leads, set priorities and performance expectations.
  • Own recruiting tech stack lifecycle including audits, vendor management, and tool evaluation.
  • Drive roadmap to reduce manual work and improve recruiter and candidate experience.
  • Partner on analytics to build self-service dashboards and align on key recruiting metrics.
  • Establish data quality standards and governance for recruiting systems.
  • Collaborate on integrations and implement automation including AI pilots.
  • Manage change rollout, training, and communications for smooth adoption.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco with hybrid schedule; no remote applications accepted.
  • 10+ years experience in recruiting operations, talent systems, or TA programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success managing TA systems roadmap and optimizing tech stack (ATS, scheduling, assessments).
  • Experience operationalizing TA metrics and building self-service analytics.
  • Strong data quality governance and systems thinking skills.
  • High ownership and ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
  • Curiosity and pragmatism around automation and AI solutions.
