What you will do

  • Own a rotating portfolio of the company’s highest-visibility projects across strategy, operations, finance, and growth.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and lead end-to-end execution of CEO and leadership priorities.
  • Act as a force multiplier by stepping into high-need gaps and bringing structure and clarity.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and compelling executive-level materials and internal communications.
  • Apply rigorous analytical frameworks to ambiguous business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional programs, coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience, including 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or equivalent).
  • Experience transitioning from consulting into an operating role and applying structured thinking in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
  • Strong analytical horsepower, comfortable building market analyses and strategic frameworks from scratch.
  • Execution-oriented, with the ability to manage timelines and deliver without heavy oversight.
  • High ownership, low ego, and comfortable doing both the thinking and the doing.
  • Experience influencing or managing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
