What you will do

  • Lead full-stack development and performance optimization of websites, mobile applications, and integrated digital platforms.
  • Design and launch interactive engagement tools and personalized digital experiences across web and mobile.
  • Manage end-to-end podcast and multimedia production, including video integration and AI-enabled editing.
  • Research, prototype, and implement emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, and IT to execute digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 3–5 years of experience in creative technology, full-stack development, digital media production, or related field.
  • Solid proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages, AI-enabled systems, and scalable digital solution architecture.
  • Advanced multimedia production skills, including video production and editing, digital storytelling, and UX/UI collaboration.
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Must maintain brand integrity and work onsite with consistent attendance (limited travel as needed preferred).
