What you will do
- Design and develop scalable UiPath automation workflows using REFramework.
- Build new (greenfield) automation solutions aligned with business needs.
- Optimize and refactor existing bots to improve stability and performance.
- Reduce bot failure rates through improved selector strategies, enhanced exception handling, and better retry logic.
- Implement best practices for automation resilience and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production automation issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows and translate them into automation solutions.
- Contribute to automation standards, documentation, and code quality practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automation engineering or software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (enterprise-level projects).
- Deep knowledge of REFramework.
- Experience building Modern UI-based automations.
- Strong understanding of selector strategies, exception handling, retry mechanisms, state-machine workflows, and transaction-based processing.
- Experience developing and maintaining unattended bots.
- Proven experience supporting bots in production and reducing failure rates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug unstable automation flows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python for scripting or automation enhancements.
- Experience consuming or integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with event-driven workflows, webhooks, or hybrid (API + UI) automation approaches.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Buildkite, GitHub Actions).
- Experience in Customer Support automation environments.
- Experience optimizing bot stability in dynamic or frequently changing UI environments.
