What you will do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities within the assigned North-West region.
  • Collaborate with the business partner community to identify and accelerate sales transactions.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to engage mid-market and high-segment customers.
  • Manage up-selling and cross-selling efforts for the existing customer base.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity details within Salesforce.
  • Propose and participate in regional marketing activities to drive pipeline.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Proven track record in direct, new business sales, ideally within IT infrastructure.
  • Experience working with channel partners and direct sales models.
  • Must have a full driving license.
  • Ability to travel domestically at least 50% of the time.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
