What you will do

  • Serve as the functional expert for Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules, including GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and implement functional enhancements within the financial systems.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and root-cause analyses for change requests and incidents.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including integration testing and UAT.
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance during the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules (GL, FA, CM, SLA) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles and R2R business processes.
  • Proven ability in business analysis activities such as requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional design.
  • Experience managing system testing, including defect management and UAT scenario execution.
  • Strong proficiency in English for effective communication in a global environment.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset suitable for a complex enterprise ERP environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R modules.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or financial systems support.
  • Knowledge of treasury processes, bank interfaces, or reconciliation tools.
  • Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion.
