What you will do
- Process customer and payment system requests via Jira helpdesk and email
- Monitor and maintain the stability of payment systems
- Work directly with payment systems and analyse payment-related incidents
- Identify recurring patterns and prepare reports
- Collaborate with internal teams including 2nd Line Support, Finance, and Account Managers
- Work on a 2/2 shift schedule with 12-hour shifts including night shifts
Requirements
- Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably technical background
- English and Russian: upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency
- Experience with payment systems preferred
- Experience providing support via helpdesk systems desirable
- Background in technical support (1st or 2nd line) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of web architecture is a plus
