What you will do

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training for investment front- and middle-office processes.
  • Create comprehensive training content including presentations, case studies, simulations, and eLearning materials.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to maintain training alignment with evolving software functionality.
  • Represent Education Services in product initiatives and customer-facing projects.
  • Conduct performance analysis to identify training improvements and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • English: Proficiency in verbal and written communication required.
  • Strong domain expertise in investment management (e.g., Portfolio Management, Risk, Trading, Compliance).
  • Experience in training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing within the financial services sector.
  • Comfort with modern learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-60%) for global client training.

  • Proven expertise with SimCorp Dimension.
  • Professional credentials such as CFA or FRM.
  • Master’s or PhD in Finance, Business, or Education.
