What you will do
- Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for marketing assets from brief to execution.
- Implement and master generative AI tools to accelerate the production of images, video, and copy.
- Act as the operational lead, validating briefs and removing technical inefficiencies in creative workflows.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, budgets, and production timelines.
- Develop standardized AI workflows and train team members to ensure brand compliance.
- Partner with data and performance teams to optimize creative assets for maximum impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative production or marketing operations.
- Hands-on expertise with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and LLMs.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with strategy and brand teams.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, consumer-facing industry.
