What you will do

  • Work within a team of data scientists to define requirements for complex team requests.
  • Provide status updates on projects and track progress while maintaining project milestones.
  • Maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of milestones and specific tasks.
  • Coordinate team tasks across various project tools and development resources to increase project efficiency.
  • Act as a Scrum Master for teams coaching them on Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate communications between cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical or project management related major.
  • 1+ years of direct experience defining and facilitating multi-team, multi-location projects related to analytics, or technical development.
  • Proficiency in multiple software tools to manage projects, including Excel, Task Tracking Programs (i.e., Monday.com), Word, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of sprint methodologies, Scrum and their best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for the video game industry.
  • Experience in data analytics and applications.
  • Experience in understanding Game Customer Experience, Game Security and Trust & Safety basic concepts.
