Senior Technical Analyst: Providing high-touch technical support to the Leadership Team and their executive assistants with an accent on problem-solving and customer service excellence. Focus on ensuring seamless technology experiences for senior leaders by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Location: Onsite in Holland, MI. Occasional travel within West Michigan is required.

What you will do

  • Provide high-level technical support for LT members and executive assistants, ensuring rapid response and resolution to IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage hardware and software setup, updates, and replacements.
  • Provide proactive IT support and guidance, advising LT members on best practices.
  • Support LT meetings and events, including video conferencing and presentation setups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, with an emphasis on executive-level support.
  • Expert proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, mobile device management, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AV setup and troubleshooting for executive presentations and meetings.
  • ITIL or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
