Location: Onsite in Holland, MI. Occasional travel within West Michigan is required.

What you will do
- Provide high-level technical support for LT members and executive assistants, ensuring rapid response and resolution to IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage hardware and software setup, updates, and replacements.
- Provide proactive IT support and guidance, advising LT members on best practices.
- Support LT meetings and events, including video conferencing and presentation setups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support, with an emphasis on executive-level support.
- Expert proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, mobile device management, and video conferencing platforms.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AV setup and troubleshooting for executive presentations and meetings.
- ITIL or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
