What you will do

  • Fulfill internal analytics requests for commercial teams and transform data into actionable reports.
  • Monitor daily vertical performance, including traffic shifts, business metrics, and product updates.
  • Maintain booking and conversion tracking quality for the LATAM region.
  • Develop and improve internal dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across various reporting sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to define and track critical KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the Miami office at least 3 days per week.
  • English: Professional fluency required (written and spoken).
  • Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and operational precision.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel or online sectors.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Cognos, Superset, or Salesforce.
