What you will do

  • Lead the Insights discipline for Riftbound, informing game features, systems, and experiences through data and research.
  • Support product ecosystem leadership by ensuring effective impact measurement and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor Riftbound's health across its ecosystem, providing insights and recommendations on engagement, retention, monetization, and player experience.
  • Serve as a critical advisor for Riftbound's leadership team, advocating for players' wants, needs, and behaviors.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement the vision, roadmap, and operational strategy for the Insights team.
  • Lead, mentor, and support career growth for Insights team members across various game domains.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, research, business strategy, management consulting, or product management.
  • Professional experience in both analytics and research, with 5+ years specializing in at least one.
  • 4+ years of professional experience managing individuals and teams.
  • Must have US work authorization.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience working on games, with knowledge of development practices and publishing.
  • Professional experience with Trading Card Games (TCGs).
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with game publishing activities, including performance marketing and funnel optimization.
  • Professional experience managing other managers.
  • Knowledge of game lifecycle and game economy considerations.
