What you will do

  • Navigate and influence large, siloed enterprise customer organizations to secure executive commitment.
  • Develop and execute multi-year AI deployment roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Own commercial health, renewals, and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Lead program implementation coordinating technical, product, and business teams to ensure ROI.
  • Create and deliver executive-grade presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve risks and obstacles to maintain program momentum.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States, preferably New York.
  • 7+ years in strategic, client-facing roles in enterprise B2B SaaS or consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale programs without direct authority over delivery teams.
  • Expert in executive communication and data-driven presentations.
  • Experience navigating Fortune 500 organizations with complex, siloed structures.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, CX, and contact center operations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40-50%) for client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
