What you will do

  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across various channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliates.
  • Define lifecycle stages and segmentation models to build structured retention playbooks.
  • Clarify WorldWinner’s brand positioning and establish consistent brand voice and guidelines.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Assess and evolve team structure, introduce clear accountability, and mentor high-potential marketers.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience professionalizing or scaling a marketing function.
  • Deep fluency in LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, and payback modeling.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets across paid channels.
  • Strong CRM/lifecycle ownership experience in mobile, gaming, or consumer tech environments.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and organizational design experience.
  • Experience operating in EBITDA-focused environments.
