What you will do

  • Manage CRM and Marketing Hub tools, managing properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and deduplication across instances.
  • Build and maintain segmentation workflows, enrolment logic, suppression lists, branching rules, and re-enrolment conditions.
  • Implement and maintain GTM tags, triggers, and variables across brands, including regex, URL rules, click events, and form submissions.
  • Build and govern tagging and reporting logic that connects marketing operations activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Actively monitor developments in marketing technology, automation platforms, and AI-powered tooling.
  • Support Sales teams with day to day operations inside of HubSpot to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • +3 years of technical and hands-on experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist, Martech Specialis, or similar roles
  • Experience operating with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Methodical and detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Additional Coding or AI tools are desirable
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience working in multi-brand or multi-market environments is a strong advantage
  • Any additional European languages fluency is valued
