What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code for capital markets software.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical development with business requirements and delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and software bugs to ensure high responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to critical feature designs to maintain high quality standards.
- Implement robust documentation systems for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
- Utilize DevOps and CI/CD practices to facilitate streamlined software deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of AWS/Azure, microservices, and design patterns.
- Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience in iOS or Android development.
- Experience with Entity Framework/EF Core.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Knowledge of Node.js.
