What you will do

  • Bridge game engineering and content production by translating technical requirements into clear plans and timelines.
  • Set up and maintain Unity environments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Fastlane) for automated builds and monitoring.
  • Own the end-to-end localization pipeline, from extraction and vendor coordination to in-game validation.
  • Manage third-party SDK integrations (e.g., analytics) in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Stress test QA plans, test coverage, and bug triage workflows to ensure release readiness across devices, OS versions, and locales.
  • Oversee production from technical design to submission, proactively identifying and surfacing risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ fluency is essential for clear written and spoken communication.
  • 3+ years in a hands-on technical role in mobile game development (Technical Producer, Build Engineer, or similar).
  • Strong working knowledge of Unity project structure, build targets, and release workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.
  • Proven experience managing localization pipelines for mobile apps or games.
  • Familiarity with third-party SDK integration.
  • Experience with QA planning, bug workflows, and release sign-off.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, GitHub Projects, or equivalent.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Available for candidates who need a visa to work in the EU to facilitate relocation to Spain.
