What you will do
- Develop relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and acting as a liaison between the client and internal departments.
- Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients within the portfolio.
- Support the renewal of existing business with the Client Development Executive.
- Ensure client retention and ongoing satisfaction.
- Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for data quality best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of complex relationship management related experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts within the staffing or PEO industry.
- Experience in Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA).
- Experience with consultative sales, customer service, and project management.
- Ability to travel.
