What you will do

  • Own and drive the product value proposition and market positioning for Destinus B2B systems and solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, competitive commercial offerings, working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Support and lead customer and partner engagement activities, communicating the operational and strategic advantages of Destinus solutions.
  • Align internal teams around product messaging, market feedback, and evolving customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies that position Destinus systems effectively within the global defense ecosystem.
  • Ensure consistency between product capabilities, customer expectations, and commercial positioning across all engagements.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior experience in aerospace or defense product management, commercial strategy, or similar roles within complex technology environments.
  • Strong ability to translate complex systems and advanced technologies into clear customer value, market positioning, and commercial narratives.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to shape competitive and scalable solutions.
  • Solid understanding of defense markets, procurement environments, and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences.
  • Fluent English required, additional European languages are a strong plus.
