What you will do
- Manage execution of CRM promotions including segment management and setting up promotions, tournaments, and lifecycles.
- Ensure quality assurance of bonus journeys to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
- Set up bonuses, promotions, and tournaments on back office systems.
- Prepare and coordinate information pages and communication journeys.
- Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and implement a Multi-Geo promotional calendar and conduct market research for new campaign opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail for accurate setup of promotions and bonus flows.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
