GGateway is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and work remotely for one of our clients. The Mid/Senior Level Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of software systems and development lifecycles, as well as experience working with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for software projects.
    • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
    • Support process mapping and workflow modeling, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist in solution design discussions, ensuring business goals are met within technical constraints.
    • Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes and document risks and dependencies.
    • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation.
    • Participate in testing and validation of delivered solutions to ensure requirements are met.
    • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within technology-driven environments.
    • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, FigJam, or Miro.
    • CBAP, CCBA, or other BA certifications are an advantage but not required.

Other Requirements

  • Remote Role with occasional travel to KSA, based on Project needs
  • During the first 1–2 months, travel and on-site presence may be required for approximately 50–70% of the time. After that, travel will be as needed, depending on project requirements.

  • This role requires flexibility to travel; candidates with very limited travel availability may not be a suitable fit.

  • Long-term engagement, with potential for extended collaboration for strong senior profiles
