What you will do

  • Communicate with customers across email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Ensure top-quality customer experience.
  • Follow credit policies and regulatory standards with precision.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and regulatory documentation.
  • Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible, transparent offers.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service, credit risk assessment, or sales/support roles.
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in regulated environments.
  • Ability to assess creditworthiness quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC or a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • German or Finnish language skills.
