- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements to understand customer needs.
- Coordinate within and between teams for large cross-team project consistency.
- Design technical details of solutions with software engineering and QA teams.
- Write technical specifications and other necessary project documentation.
Requirements
- Experienced Systems Analyst.
- Fluent Russian is required for daily team communication.
- English Level B2 or higher is required for international collaboration and documentation review.
- Self-driven and capable of making informed decisions autonomously.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
