What you will do

  • Lead the Account and Key Account Management team to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Refine and optimize current processes and tools for customer relationships.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a relevant Account Management team leadership role.
  • Relevant work experience in software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, technology, retail, hospitality, IT solutions, SaaS, or POS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals and deliver results.
  • German speaking is required.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
