Location: Remote, must be based in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming).
Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 base salary + performance bonus.

What you will do
- Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Build scalable automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Own Salesforce CPQ configuration including bundles, pricing, and contracting workflows.
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean revenue recognition processes.
- Lead deployments, sandbox strategy, QA, and UAT coordination.
- Manage user access, roles, and governance best practices.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ is mandatory.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in an eligible state.
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow and data architecture.
- Experience supporting high-growth SaaS GTM organizations.
Nice to have
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (strongly preferred).
- Additional certifications: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with RCA, ARM, or similar revenue accounting tools.
