What you will do
- Design and implement scalable and reliable data architectures to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and integrate new data sources.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency in developing, testing, and maintaining data infrastructure.
- Optimize data processing and storage procedures to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role with a proven track record in designing scalable and reliable data architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expertise with data pipeline and workflow management tools (dbt, Airflow).
- Proven expertise in modeling data using SQL.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of Snowflake’s architecture and ecosystem.
- Fluent in English, oral and written (C1).
Nice to have
- Formal certifications from Snowflake and dbt.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, RDS, Batch, Lambda, and Glue.
- Experience in implementing data governance.
- Experience with Terraform.
