What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable data architectures to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and integrate new data sources.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency in developing, testing, and maintaining data infrastructure.
  • Optimize data processing and storage procedures to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role with a proven track record in designing scalable and reliable data architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Expertise with data pipeline and workflow management tools (dbt, Airflow).
  • Proven expertise in modeling data using SQL.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of Snowflake’s architecture and ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written (C1).

Nice to have

  • Formal certifications from Snowflake and dbt.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, RDS, Batch, Lambda, and Glue.
  • Experience in implementing data governance.
  • Experience with Terraform.
