What you will do
- Manage the governance, performance, and lifecycle of designated VAS systems.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to implement features and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors and manage user access.
- Support service implementation, testing, and process documentation.
- Organize user training and maintain configuration manuals and guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of SaaS system architecture and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with SaaS system integrations and service testing.
- Proficiency in project management processes and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.
