What you will do

  • Lead the design and evolution of the mission-critical internal Darwin backoffice platform.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary squad of frontend and backend engineers in a high-scale environment.
  • Architect and develop robust full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and polyglot backend services.
  • Provide technical mentorship and career guidance to team members to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Design leads to align technical roadmaps with business requirements.
  • Ensure platform reliability by enforcing high engineering standards, testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil to be eligible for this role.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead with at least 2 years in formal or informal leadership.
  • Expert command of React and TypeScript for building type-safe, large-scale applications.
  • Strong background in backend development with SQL and RESTful web services.
  • Advanced English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams.
  • Experience with cloud architectures (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience with micro-frontend architectures.
  • Familiarity with messaging brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Deep understanding of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
  • Agile/Scrum team leadership experience.
