What you will do
- Lead the design and evolution of the mission-critical internal Darwin backoffice platform.
- Manage a multidisciplinary squad of frontend and backend engineers in a high-scale environment.
- Architect and develop robust full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and polyglot backend services.
- Provide technical mentorship and career guidance to team members to foster a culture of high performance.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Design leads to align technical roadmaps with business requirements.
- Ensure platform reliability by enforcing high engineering standards, testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil to be eligible for this role.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead with at least 2 years in formal or informal leadership.
- Expert command of React and TypeScript for building type-safe, large-scale applications.
- Strong background in backend development with SQL and RESTful web services.
- Advanced English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code.
Nice to have
- Specific experience with micro-frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with messaging brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Deep understanding of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
- Agile/Scrum team leadership experience.
