What you will do
- Establish and sustain deep relationships with Alternatives Investments decision-makers at U.S. wealth management firms.
- Develop a strategic pipeline for private markets strategies in conjunction with investment teams.
- Drive all aspects of research engagement through high-level and frequent interaction.
- Monitor platform-level trends and opportunities to strategically position Invesco’s product line.
- Acquire and share client feedback with internal partners on investment views and industry trends.
- Coordinate due diligence, facilitate negotiations, and onboarding activities with support teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of due diligence experience or wealth management platform-related business development experience.
- 5+ years private market experience, with operational due diligence, real estate, and/or private credit experience a plus.
- High level of investment competence, confirmed by specific work experience and investment credentials (MBA, CFA, CAIA).
- Experience with third-party alternative markets platform vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and presentation skills.
- Meticulous organization and business leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office) and up to 40% domestic travel required.
