What you will do
- Lead deep-dive analysis across the entire employee lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, time-off trends, and turnover predictors.
- Support HR budget execution with resource forecasting and headcount modeling.
- Design, build, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards for real-time insights.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all internal HR systems and integrations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Armenia
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or People Ops.
- Expert-level Excel skills including complex modeling and formulas.
- Strong Python skills for data processing and automation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
