What you will do
- Drive delivery of complex security projects like PSIM, VSS, and access control.
- Coordinate internal teams and external integrators to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Translate diverse customer requirements into tangible and actionable project plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and manage schedules, budgets, and project scope while resolving roadblocks.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Security Management, or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with 3 years focused on physical security projects.
- Solid technical expertise in integrated security systems (ACS, VSS, IDS).
- Strong proficiency in English and French (CEFR B2 or higher).
- Experience with technical documentation and CAD proficiency.
- Ability to handle confidential data with high discretion.
