What you will do

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for your territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop the sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Close business to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with your customers, delivering expected value.
  • Work independently and with the team to up-sell and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with enterprise-level sales experience.
  • Native level proficiency in Korean.
  • Consultative and value-based approach to selling open-source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude for a fast-moving environment.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex solutions simply.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
