What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related requests within the responsible domain.
- Collaborate with line managers to understand business needs and develop customized HR solutions.
- Identify development areas in employee experience and propose solutions to increase engagement.
- Build strong relationships, offer HR expertise, and coach leaders on people issues.
- Work with leaders to analyze and outline present and future organizational capabilities.
- Monitor HR budgets, norm headcounts, and HR KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Partner.
- A creative thinker and problem solver comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Top-notch communication skills in English/Turkish are required.
- Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
