What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related requests within the responsible domain.
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand business needs and develop customized HR solutions.
  • Identify development areas in employee experience and propose solutions to increase engagement.
  • Build strong relationships, offer HR expertise, and coach leaders on people issues.
  • Work with leaders to analyze and outline present and future organizational capabilities.
  • Monitor HR budgets, norm headcounts, and HR KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Partner.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Top-notch communication skills in English/Turkish are required.
  • Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
