What you will do

  • Conduct manual testing to identify bugs and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and complete regression testing procedures to verify the stability and performance of game builds.
  • Document, track, and prioritize defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and validation of reported issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing coverage.
  • Design, complete, and analyze performance tests to identify bottlenecks, optimize game performance, supervise health, and enhance overall player experience.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to communicate testing progress, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong sports knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and guidelines.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Unity Test Framework, Unreal Automation System, or Selenium.
  • Knowledge of engines involved in crafting games (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and related tools.
