What you will do
- Lead and mentor business analytics team leads, fostering their growth as strategic business partners.
- Own the business analytics roadmap, setting goals and aligning priorities across departments.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Business Analytics, BI, Product, and R&D.
- Set and enforce standards for tools, methodologies, and data structure for scalability.
- Promote a culture of excellence including code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee implementation of internal systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale data analytics.
- 5+ years managing multidisciplinary data teams and managers.
- Strong business understanding and impact orientation.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python.
- Eager and experienced with ML and AI tools.
- Proven cross-functional project leadership and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- B.Sc. or B.A. in a quantitative field (Engineering, Stats, CS, etc.).
