What you will do
- Develop client objectives and briefs for branding enquiries.
- Assist with daily client account management, including external contacts and suppliers.
- Manage programs, ensuring project systems and procedures are correctly set up.
- Coordinate and manage staff and contractors on site for project delivery.
- Maintain communication and reporting with clients and internal teams.
- Compile and maintain project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
- Develop additional business opportunities within client accounts.
Requirements
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel Worldwide for up to 14 days at a time.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentational.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit to meet demands of on-site event work.
