What you will do

  • Develop client objectives and briefs for branding enquiries.
  • Assist with daily client account management, including external contacts and suppliers.
  • Manage programs, ensuring project systems and procedures are correctly set up.
  • Coordinate and manage staff and contractors on site for project delivery.
  • Maintain communication and reporting with clients and internal teams.
  • Compile and maintain project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
  • Develop additional business opportunities within client accounts.

Requirements

  • Good planning and project management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel Worldwide for up to 14 days at a time.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentational.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to meet demands of on-site event work.
  • Confident IT skills.
