What you will do
- Serve as a technical expert for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and support internal stakeholders.
- Develop dynamic content using AMPScript and build custom applications in Journey Builder using SSJS and APIs.
- Configure the database environment including data modeling, data cleansing, and deduplication processes.
- Build targeted audience segments and oversee complex campaign workflows using Automation Studio and Email Studio.
- Collaborate with CRM and Data teams to define data connectors for ingestion into the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure the scalability of all developed solutions and provide best-practice guidance for business units.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer certification.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration with at least 1 year of experience.
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
