What you will do

  • Champion National HIE Participation and define the long-term vision for Aledade’s participation in TEFCA, Carequality, and CommonWell.
  • Drive Internal Alignment and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product and business strategies.
  • Influence HIT Policy & Lead Industry Strategy by actively monitoring relevant HIT policy, standards, and regulatory developments.
  • Lead Strategic Interoperability Initiatives & Partnerships and lead the end-to-end execution of complex interoperability initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of health technology leadership experience with proven track record in health information exchange.
  • 8+ years experience negotiating and leading partnerships involving advanced interoperability with enterprise payer or provider partners, vendors, accreditation bodies, regulators, or health information exchanges.
  • Strong technical fluency in healthcare data standards, specifically HL7, FHIR, and USCDI.

Nice to have

  • Leadership experience in product/technology, customer success, and/or strategic partnerships development.
  • Experience influencing and/or steering national technology initiatives surrounding health information exchange.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare privacy and security standards (e.g. HIPAA, patient consent, sensitive data rules) governing health information exchange and product development.
