What you will do
- Design, document, and improve end-to-end global hiring processes and standards.
- Own and develop Pinpoint ATS capabilities, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Build and maintain TA dashboards to track time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain high data quality and audit readiness.
- Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partnerships with IT, Legal, and Finance.
- Lead change management initiatives and train teams on new tools and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent, or People Operations.
- Proven experience in a global or multi-regional high-growth environment.
- Hands-on expertise in ATS administration, specifically with Pinpoint.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in building reporting dashboards.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
