What you will do

  • Develop and execute business plans to exceed sales goals in Austria and Switzerland
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Communicate Cribl's value proposition to stakeholders from engineers to CxOs
  • Forecast sales and consistently meet targets
  • Collaborate across time zones with occasional work outside standard hours

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany or local to Austria and Switzerland territory
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience targeting SIEM, observability, and IT personas
  • Experience with startups under 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
  • Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes
  • Experience selling through channel-led motions and using MEDDIC methodology
