What you will do

  • Define user experience through research, interviews, wireframes, user stories, journeys, mock-ups, and usability requirements.
  • Validate and refine designs via user testing and translate insights into high-quality UX.
  • Drive design-driven projects to elevate product usability and visual design.
  • Present designs clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to align designs with business goals.
  • Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design principles are met and tested.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Hyderabad, India
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 5 years industry experience.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex design concepts.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Storybook, B2B products, and front-end design systems.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and accessibility guidelines.
  • Experience with React and Angular.
